Resources I Trust

Jackie's Trusted Toolbox

There is no shortage of health and wellness products available today. The harder question is knowing which ones may actually be worth considering.

Over the years, I have researched, used, and explored many different products, services, testing options, and wellness tools. I've gathered some of my trusted toolbox here to make them easier for you to find.

You do NOT need everything on this page.

What is appropriate for one person may not be appropriate for another, and more isn't always better.

If you're unsure what makes sense for you, ask me before you buy.

Before You Start Shopping

Personalized is better than more.

One of the things I see frequently in health and wellness is people buying supplements, tests, and products because someone told them they "should" be taking or using them.

I prefer a different approach.

Start with the person.

What are your goals? What are you already taking? What medications do you use? What does your health history look like? What are you trying to accomplish?

Sometimes a product or additional testing makes sense.

Sometimes it doesn't.

The resources on this page are here to make products and services I trust easier to find, but they are not intended to suggest that every product is appropriate for every person.

You don't need everything. You need what makes sense for YOU.

Activate

Cellular Health & Activation

One area I am particularly passionate about is cellular health and the science of supporting the body's natural cellular signaling pathways. I personally use LifeVantage activation products and educate clients who want to learn more about this approach.

Nutritional Support

Professional Supplement Resources

Supplements can sometimes play a useful role in an individualized wellness plan, but more isn't necessarily better.

Medications, medical conditions, laboratory findings, diet, age, and individual nutritional needs can all affect which supplements may or may not be appropriate.

Personalized Testing

Sometimes health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals suggest that gathering additional information may be helpful.

Testing isn't about chasing numbers or ordering every test available.

It's about gathering useful information that may help us ask better questions and personalize your health and wellness strategy.

Genetic & Nutrigenomic Testing

Genetic and nutrigenomic testing can provide information about genetic variations that may influence areas such as nutrition, metabolism, and other biological pathways. When appropriate, these results can provide another piece of information to consider alongside your health history, lifestyle, goals, and medical care.

Microbiome Testing

The gut microbiome is one part of a much larger health picture. When appropriate, microbiome testing may provide additional information that can help guide conversations about nutrition, lifestyle, and gut-health-supportive strategies.

Ask Jackie About Microbiome Testing

Wellness testing provides information that may be used for education and wellness planning. It does not replace medical evaluation, diagnostic testing, or treatment from an appropriate healthcare professional.

Your Environment Matters

Water, Home & Everyday Environment

Health isn't only about what we eat or which supplements we take. The products we use, the water we drink, and our everyday environment are also areas where we can make thoughtful choices.

PureHome365 — Whole-Home Water Filtration

The quality of the water flowing through your home affects more than just what you drink — it affects your skin, hair, appliances, and everyday life. PureHome365 offers whole-home water filtration systems I trust and recommend. I do earn a thank-you gift for referrals made through my link.

Don't Know Where to Start?

Please don't buy everything on this page.

More products don't automatically create better health.

If you're looking at this page and wondering which supplements, testing, activation products, or wellness tools make sense for you, let's talk first.

We can look at your goals, current health, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and concerns and determine what deserves your attention.

Sometimes my recommendation may even be: "You don't need that."

And that's okay.

Transparency Matters

Why these resources are here.

Some of the resources on this page are websites or organizations I simply want to share — no commission, no referral fee, no financial relationship of any kind. I'm sharing them because I find them useful or trust them.

Three resources — LifeVantage, Optimal Health Systems, and PureHome365 — are links where I do earn a commission or receive a thank-you gift for referrals. I note that clearly on each of those cards. Everything else on this page is a straightforward referral with no financial relationship.

My goal is to make it easier for you to find resources I trust, not to sell you something. Whether or not a product or service is right for you is a separate question — and one worth thinking through carefully.

The presence of a resource on this page does not mean it is appropriate for every person.
